XML-RPC Documents

Starting from 1.0.25 version Zoundry knows that Textpattern has XML-RPC support, trying to make the configuration more simple, if possible.
These are the new steps:
- Go to Tools > Blog Account Settings in order to add your weblog to Zoundry
- You will see the new account screen1. There, you should place the url for your weblog and Zoundry will try to discover the RPC url for your blog.
- If everything goes well, on the New blog Account Information screen2, you will see that Zoundry founds that your blog is powered by textpattern, and it will offers you to use the settings autodiscovered. At this point, you should add some kind of “label” for Account Name field which will helps you to remember what is this account, your user name and password .
- Remember that on versions previous to 1.0.25 your choice should be “Use custom MovableType API”[3]
- For now – Textpattern 4.0.x – File Uploads through XML-RPC will not be implemented so, on the next screen, select FTP as file upload way, and configure it properly4. Remember that each Textpattern section is an RPC blog before to post to the wrong section. You should select them all on this screen too, if you want to select what section you want to publish to.
