Parameters:
- postid(string): article unique id
- username (string): your nickname for this install. This user must have privileges to post to the weblog.
- password (string): the password you use for the site
- categories(array): array of structs, one for each category categories, containing categoryId(string) and isPrimary(boolean), which is not used.
Returns: boolean true on success; fault otherwise.
