Parameters:
- postid(string): article unique id
- username (string): your nickname for this install. This user must have privileges to post to the weblog.
- password (string): the password you use for the site
Returns: on success, an array of structs containing categoryName(string), categoryId(string), and isPrimary(boolean); on failure, fault.
isPrimary has not sense for textpattern so, it’s obvied.
