Parameters:
- blogid(string): identifies the blog – Textpattern Section -you wish to post to.
- username(string): your nickname for this install. This user must have privileges to post to the weblog.
- password(string): the password you use for the site
- struct: article contents
- publish(boolean): save the article as published(true) or draft(false).
Returns: string, the new article ID. It can be used with metaWeblog.editPost to modify the article.
