Parameters:
- postid(string): unique article ID
- username(string): your nickname for this install. This user must have privileges to post to the weblog.
- password(string): the password you use for the site
- struct: article contents
- publish(boolean): save the article as published(true) or draft(false).
Returns: boolean true on success. On failure, error containing XML-RPC fault message
